Travel:
​Please buy your ticket to arrive at the San Salvador, El Salvador International Airport (SAL)
​Participants should plan on arriving on Sunday November 10th, 2019 & departing on Sunday November 17th, 2019

Please plan accordingly so that you may plan on attending all scheduled programming (especially if earning CEU’s.) 

Please provide your complete flight details, including the airline and any connecting flights as soon as you have it so we may make transportation arrangements.

Applicable fees apply for any additional accommodations not listed. 

Due to the extensive planning of the trip, Travel Insurance is required. Please kindly submit a copy of your travel insurance documents to us once you have them. For the most valuable insurance policy, consider purchasing Travel Insurance shortly after your first payment towards the program (program and/or flight.) Facilitators are not responsible for any travel delays, cancellations and/or disruptions. 

* Refund Policy: A full refund minus 5% will be honored for cancellations 90 days or more prior to the first day of the program.

A full refund minus a $200. processing fee will be honored for cancellations 60 days prior to the first day of the program.

A 50% refund will be honored for cancellations 30 days prior to the first day of the program. 
A portion of the fees may be credited for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the first day of the program and/or for any travel delays, cancellations and/or disruptions
